Privacy

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you visit founderrpulse.com, subscribe to Founderr Pulse, receive an outreach email from us, or use the Founderr product. It’s written in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@founderr.io and we’ll explain.

Who we are

Founderr is a product operated by RIKHATH LLC, a Texas limited liability company registered at:

5900 Balcones Drive
Austin, TX 78731
United States

Founderr Pulse is the editorial newsletter we publish; Founderr (founderr.io) is the AI-multi-agent product we’re building. This policy covers both.

What we collect

We collect three groups of data, depending on how you reach us:

1. Pulse subscribers

When you subscribe to Founderr Pulse via founderrpulse.com we store:

  • your email address;
  • the date and time you subscribed;
  • the URL of the page you subscribed from (e.g., founderrpulse.com/?utm_source=…);
  • a snapshot of the disclosure text you saw at the moment of signup, so we can later answer “what did I agree to?”;
  • optional channel attribution (UTM tags) from the URL you came in on, used to understand which referrals work.

We do not store your IP address or browser user- agent at signup.

2. Cold outreach recipients

We send a limited amount of B2B outreach to founders sourced from publicly available business listings (App Store, Play Store, company websites). The legal basis is legitimate business interest in reaching peer founders. Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link and a real reply-to mailbox; opt out at any time and we remove your address from all future outreach and the Pulse newsletter audience.

3. Founderr product users

When founderr.io is generally available, account-holders will be covered by a more detailed product privacy notice (account info, usage data, payment processing via Stripe). Until then this section is a placeholder.

How we use what we collect

  • delivering Founderr Pulse to subscribers;
  • product communications about Founderr Pulse and the upcoming Founderr product;
  • measuring which channels actually drive subscriptions, so we can stop spending time on the ones that don’t;
  • responding when you email us at hello@founderr.io or privacy@founderr.io.

We don’t use your data to train any AI model that is shipped beyond our own pipeline. The AI we run is editorial (writing newsletter copy) — it doesn’t learn from your inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your subscription record until you unsubscribe, plus a 30-day retention window after that so we can confirm the unsubscribe in our suppression list. Bounced addresses are kept in a suppression list indefinitely so we don’t accidentally re-mail them.

Who else touches your data

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate Pulse and Founderr. None receives your data for their own use; they process it on our behalf:

  • Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing (Founderr product; not used for the Pulse newsletter, which is free).
  • Google Cloud Platform — application hosting and managed Postgres.
  • Vercel — landing-page hosting and edge delivery.
  • Smartlead — managed cold-outreach platform.
  • MillionVerifier — email-address validation (used to suppress invalid addresses before sending).
  • Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics — anonymised web analytics on founderrpulse.com.

We don’t sell your data

RIKHATH LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We don’t share contact data with anyone other than the operational vendors listed above. (This satisfies CCPA’s “Do Not Sell” requirement by virtue of not selling.)

Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Unsubscribe. Every Pulse email has an Unsubscribe link in its footer. Take effect within 24 hours (usually instant).
  • Request a copy of the data we hold on you.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of any sale of your personal information — though as noted above, we don’t sell it.

If you’re a California resident, the CCPA gives you the rights above plus the right to know what specific categories of data we’ve collected about you in the last 12 months. Email privacy@founderr.io with the subject line “CCPA request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top whenever this changes. If we make a material change that affects how we use your data, we’ll notify subscribers by email before it takes effect.
